Many young people never experience life outside of their local communities. This creates disharmony in the cultivation of culture in many young people that feel trapped in their life’s circumstances. It's makes them feel as if there is no way out of their situation. There are many countries that have a deeper and more profound appreciation and understanding for preserving the culture and customs of mankind, and while Tri-City Charm School promotes certain cultures and customs; it would also benefit to know where from whence it came or originated from. Tracing the origin of a custom can provide a sense of appreciation that our young people can respect. While travelling also provides a sense of culture, learning a custom outside of their own will instill value for the life that they have. By conducting an educational essay writing plan; based on the highest scores we will select 15 young people on three visits outside of the USA. Tri-City Charm School and pageant has made plans to ensure and check the OFAC compliance in Lagos, Africa, Leyte Phillipines, and Nigeria, Africa. Our mission in the aforementioned countries will involve Tri-City Charm School and Pageant’s US citizens living in and operating the program within the foreign country. In each foreign area, our program will be fully staffed by US citizens, foreign nationals or a combination of the two. Tri-City Charm School will direct fiduciary responsibilities for the expenditure of funds by the US organization and will provide a detailed accounting of the expenditure of funds in order to monitor compliance with 501(c)(3) related expenditures.
